ABBOTSWOOD RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION LIMITED 

Following the 2022 AGM it was identified that Residents were not coming forwards to join the board as they didn't know what that might entail. By breaking the work into clear roles it will help the Directors and wider community understand what is involved so that
a) Bring clarity to what ARAL should / should not be doing
b) Make it easier to recruit and plan succession
Consequently the Board looked at defining roles so these could be recruited for going forwards. It was also decided that a maximum 3 year commitment could be introduced, so everyone (55 households) has the opportunity to be involved. Whilst some roles have a current Director in post, this will evolve with changes to the Board expected at the 2023 AGM.
