In order to keep the Estate in good condition, it is appreciated that the following responsibilities are undertaken

• General Appearance

  • It is our individual responsibility to keep all fencing, hedgerows and walls in good conditions. Please also keep overhanging branches cut back from the pavements and verges.​

• Sewers

  • Due to our drainage system being very old only toilet paper should be put down the toilets. Wipes/sanitary products/nappies etc do not disintegrate thus causing blockages and overflows.​

​

• Crime Prevention

  • Several properties now have CCTV cameras so we have installed a sign by our entrance warning of this.​

​

• Bins

  • These are emptied weekly on a Friday morning, with recycling (green bins) and food ​waste collection alternating with garden (brown bins) and general waste (black bins). All information is on the Guildford Borough website. Please keep your bins out of sight from the road.

• Speeding and Parking

  • May we remind everyone that the speed limit throughout the estate is 15mph.​ Please do not park on verges and be respectful where you and your visitors leave their cars.

​

• Water Leaks

  • Should you have a water leak outside your property, please report directly to Thames Water​
